I waited almost 2 hours to pick up a screen protector... I've been with T-Mobile and never witnessed such poor service for only 5 people in line... 3 of four stafff took break at the same time...

This has to be the worst T-Mobile store ever it use to be ran great when David was managing this location now it's just went down I understand these people are scary during this fake COVID scare...
