Sweetie's Sandwich Shop, founded in 2012 by Rob and Sarah Gartzman, has quickly become a beloved local favorite in Salida, Colorado. With over 60 original artisan sandwiches, pastries, seasonal soups, and salads, Sweetie's offers a delectable menu crafted with a shared passion for delicious food.
Voted Best Lunch, Friendliest Staff, Best Dessert, Best Chef Sarah Gartzman, and Best Sandwich in the Best of Salida awards from 2013 to the present, Sweetie's has established itself as a go-to lunch spot in the heart of historic Salida. In addition to their flagship sandwich shop, the Gartzmans have also opened Mo Burrito in 2016 and The Biker The Baker, an upscale wine and dessert bar, in 2017. They have even launched a baking kit company called Hey, Sweetie, allowing aspiring home chefs to recreate popular recipes from the bakery in their own kitchens.

OMG! I had a vegan sandwich here that was ridiculous! Please visit this place when you are in Salida! For the love-run, don't walk! Service fast even when they are busy. Cute corner location!
