I see therapy as a way to develop better ways to cope with life in the present, heal wounds from the past, and let go of worries of the future. Therapy can help individuals overcome barriers that stand in their way of having true happiness. I help clients gain insight by providing a supportive and caring environment, while also challenging my clients when they are ready. I provide individual, couple, and family sessions to teenagers and adults with varying degree of problems outside of my specialty areas including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, anger management, self esteem, and other common concerns.
