History

I started coaching in early 2015, after years of diving into Tantra and other healing modalities to heal myself through many challenging years of chronic illness. This illness led me to the world of Tantra and was a powerful initiation into my life's purpose. Initially, I was exploring Tantra to heal my sexuality, but through this journey, discovered that Tantra had so much to offer in every facet of my life. Not only did it allow me to reclaim my sexuality in a delicious, empowering, nourishing way, it helped me to find the gifts within every challenge and live whole-heartedly from a place of purpose and gratitude. Immersing myself in this work facilitated profound growth and transformation in my own life, and inspired me to guide others on life-changing journeys of empowerment and wholeness as well. Witnessing my clients blossom and come home to themselves is the most fulfilling work I've ever done, and is an absolute honor to offer to each and every one of you.

Specialties

I am a Holistic Life, Sex and Relationship Coach who facilitates holistic transformations for thriving, healthy relationships. I work both in-person and virtually. I will help you activate your juiciest states of pleasure, connection, and love in a way that will revitalize your reality, whether you're single, happily coupled, or in a dysfunctional or sexless relationship. I specialize in men's sexuality, and also love working with women and couples. My work focuses on cultivating conscious relationship, sacred sexuality, deeply nourishing intimacy, and self-love. This work reaches far beyond the bedroom and will permeate every area of of your life. My teachings and methods are rooted in the profound wisdom of the ancient philosophies of Tantra and Taoism, and are made accessible and applicable to the modern weesterner through light-hearted humor, compassion, and grounded authenticity. I weave coaching, breath work, meditation, somatic exploration journeys, movement, and various other methods to rewire unconscious blockages and empower you to live your most fulfilling, inspired life possible. One of my greatest gifts is holding the mirror at an angle for each person to witness their own brilliance. I help my clients achieve incredible results by challenging them to apply themselves in new ways that push their edges and stretch their beliefs around what is possible.
