Staff are very rude and condescending. Dude with the long hair is very rude and short with everyone. "If you don't know what you are doing, you shouldn't be skiiing" They are very over priced...

Great service, boots are phenomenal. After adjusting boots for 30 years I finally went all out and got the full Monty and I don't regret it.
