I got a meatball sub and the meatballs were hard as rocks. Paid $10:00 for nothing. Seriously hope I don't get food poisoning

Came in 20 minutes before closing, staff YELLED at my younger brother for coming in "too late" and refused to make our sandwiches as requested (I.e. wouldn't toast them as it'd take too long)....
