Manager continually understaffs during pre-dinner. 4 PM dinner rush starts and there is frequently 1 clerk on duty trying to make sandwiches and ring out people. Expect a 15 minute wait usually...

this place looked clean and nice but reeked of rotten bread. they were not very welcome, when we walked in and when we left they did not greet us or say "have a nice day" or anything relevant....

Like a normal subway, staff are nice, food is good. came in around lunch time 45 minute wait, nice seating and decorations.
