The people are nice but the wait time is ridiculous, especially in the drive thru. It takes me 20 minutes to get a 6 inch sandwich... Very annoying

There was only one guy working there - hopefully that's not normal - but he was doing a heck of a job. Working feverishly, he took care of the drive-thru and a line of customers simultaneously....
