Dr. Gammon is originally from Utah. He earned a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, followed by a medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine, where he graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. His Orthopedic surgery residency training was at the University of Cincinnati Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, followed by advanced fellowship training in Orthopaedic Traumatology at The University of Minnesota.Dr. Gammon's highest values are to help you as the patient heal your injuries and return to the activities and life you love. He understands that accomplishing this is a team effort that includes nurses, doctors, physical and occupational therapists, and most importantly, patients and their families. Dr. Gammon actively strives to help all patients understand their injuries and how they can take an active role in recovery.As a board certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Gammon is passionate about the treatment of complex fractures of the body as well as total joint reconstruction of the hip and knee joints. When he is not at work, Dr. Gammon enjoys skiing, hiking, running, and spending time with his wife and five kids.

Helping patients return to the hobbies and recreational activities they love is what I find most rewarding."When Dr. Willis is not practicing medicine, he enjoys playing golf, biking, hiking, skiing and traveling with his wife and son.
