She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in both Biochemistry and Biology from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. She subsequently completed medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas, graduating in 2000.Her residency training was completed at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.Dr. Charnsangavej has interests in general obstetrics and gynecology, adolescent gynecology, and contraceptive counseling. She speaks Spanish fluently.Dr. Charnsangevej lives with her husband and 3 sons in Denver.Among her favorite past times aretraveling, outdoor activities and knitting.
