STEP Therapy Pediatrics launched in 2015 when owner J. Mariah Runkle, MS OTR/L took the reins of a small practice in the DTC area. We have recently grown to best support our families with more that 2600 square feet for its sensory gyms to provide your growing child needs in a variety of environments!

Our excellent therapists and reception staff are here to help guide you and your child through a tailored therapeutic experience. OT helped our daughter so much!! But their employee turn over seems so high. Which is not good for children who need consistent therapist! We had to constantly put speech therapy on hold because...
