Stella's Cucina was founded in 2023 by owner Stella Spanu. A four-year project, Stella is excited to bring something fresh and new to the Boulder food scene. Incorporating authentic Italian cuisine from Chef Filippo Piccini, an eclectic music program and a unique atmosphere and ambiance, Stella's is designed to be a feast for the senses. Conceptualized and built by architect Miguel Quismondo, Stella's is art deco inspired with modern furnishings and decor creating a one-of-a-kind space that teleports you away from Boulder. Outstandingly meh. Ambience was excellent except for the loud music playing throughout dinner. It's a restaurant, no it's a night club, no it's both...so expect to talk loudly to hear yourselves...
