Richard was living on welfare and food stamps when a recruiter contacted him in 2003.Within a month after he started with American Income Life, Richard was given his first management contract. And always remember, if at first you don't succeed, do it the way your Manager told you to," says Richard. "Too many times, early in my career, I tried to reinvent the wheel.
