The employee who served me was rather curt, but the Hot Chocolate was delicious! I'm not sure if they do something different here, but it was much better than I've had from other locations!

Excellent customer service. Matt is an amazing barista! They always make my drink correctly, which is not something I can say about other Starbucks' in town. Love it!
