Okay -- here is my feedback for this and every Starbucks out there that no longer puts out cream and sugar and stir sticks.... Why? Put them back out for our use! What are you protecting us...

Don't think it was the employees fault but very upset I paid for a bacon Gouda sandwich and all that was in there was egg. No bacon so be seen grr.

Came in. No one greeted. No one apologized for the wait. Ordered what I usually order,hot Carmel macchiato extra espresso shot. Extra shot wasn't in there. Paid extra for it too.

I have been a customer of Starbucks for many years, my husband worked for Starbucks on and off for a few years. Unless I was at my husband's store, I felt like the customer service was subpar....
