I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and employ an approach to counseling that puts the utmost value on creating a safe and non-judgmental space as our starting point. From that place of safety and worth, I believe in every person's inherent strength to grow and heal, and I do my very best to utilize evidence-based approaches, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and other therapeutic methods, to help each person bring about their own version of positive change

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. I believe life is complicated and sometimes throws things in our path that seem difficult or even insurmountable to manage. I believe we all want to do our best and be our best for ourselves and those we care about. Sometimes we need help to manage those complicated things in our way. I genuinely appreciate my clients being willing to share their journey with me. I utilize, DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness techniques in my practice.
