What the heck is the wait time for when they ignore it? Stylist finish a cut then disappear leaving customers waiting significantly longer than expected. Terrible!

Not a great haircut. The fade is not smooth and the whole haircut seemed rushed. I asked for a 1 on the side but it's not as short as any other haircuts I've received.
