I got a dress altered for my cousins wedding and they did a wonderful job! they were able to get it to me very quickly, it was perfectly hemmed, and reasonably priced.

Sometimes she's ready on time and sometimes she not. Does do a decent job. Great for hems but maybe not more complex items.
