Soaring Eagles Center for Autism
Soaring Eagles Center for Autism (SECA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children, families, and communities impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in southern Colorado. Established in 2001, SECA offers a range of services including behavioral therapy, social skills training, and life skills programs, all aimed at improving the quality of life for individuals with ASD.
Founded by Dr. Karen Colvin and Nancy Barris, SECA emerged from a personal journey to find appropriate resources and therapies for their own children experiencing ASD. Initially starting as a support group, it has grown to provide comprehensive autism education and services, addressing the needs of families throughout Colorado and beyond.
