As the only large producer in Rocky Ford with less than 75 acres of land, Smith Farms is dedicated to sustainable farming practices, having pioneered drip irrigation technology in the 1990s that influenced other local growers. High quality produce but a limited selection. They bring their products from their farm in Ricky Ford all the way to Colorado Springs. Lots of delicious canned goods and the best melons we've had...
