The best rental company I dealt with (of 6) while I lived in Boulder! Any problems that arose were addressed almost immediately and repairs were done in a timely fashion. Highly recommend!

I have to add a star just so I can review this landlord. And one star, is one to many.... She has been the worst landlord I have ever encountered... do not, by any means rent from her.. no people...

We tried to rent a place from Chrissy and she had us place a $300 holding fee that would go to to the deposit. She said the deposit would only be the same as the rent unless we had bad credit....
