The reason I don't recommend this company is because of the awful customer service. One example of poor customer service was when I went in to rent a helmet and I was called "A foul biker"...

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! The vail pass is a beautiful bike trail, I highly suggest you visit it. However, I suggest you use another one of the many companies that offer bike rentals and tours....
