Senor Manuels has been my favorite restaurant since I was younger. I even had my sons Graduation party there. Staff and food are DA bomb,especially the giant chicken enchiladas!

This has been a fav of mine since college days at UCCS. Their margs are legit, and their chips and salsa hit right. Whenever I'm in town I make sure to stop in for a meal.
