Long lines!! The store is very messy. I was told to stand in the long lines to do a return. At other stores there is a returns line thats separate.

The Ross off of Tower Rd and I70 is the worst Ross ever. It is messy and unorganized. They never have enough cashiers. I wonder if their Corporate Management ever visit? I will never shop at that...

Very poor selection, there are almost no men's clothes and despite the low amount of clientele, it still takes quite a few minutes to purchase anything
