Rooted Rhythm Therapy specializes in providing play therapy in Denver, CO to children ages 2-12 struggling with big feelings of sadness, anger, or anxiety. We also provide parent coaching to caregivers of all kinds, as well adult therapy to women ready to wake up to the truth of they are. Our approach combines the art of attuned listening with the science of understanding nervous system patterns to help you develop a deeper relationship with yourself and others so you can show up in your life with more confidence and ease! When working with kiddos, we primarily use a gentle but highly effective play therapy approach. We are here to support your family in learning how to enjoy being together again, and to grow into your potential, together.
