Rocky Mountain Health Plans is a nonprofit company that provides health care services to the residents of Colorado and has been in business for more than 30 years. In Health Matters 2003, the quality report produced by the Colorado Business Group on Health said Rocky Mountain Health Plans was the only health plan in Colorado to receive a Significantly Higher Than Average score for overall quality of health care. RMHP has more than 650 pharmacies in the state of Colorado that fill members prescriptions, plus it has an extensive national network of pharmacies that will fill most of members prescriptions in states outside Colorado. The company was founded in 1974.
