So yummy!! My husband said they weren't quite as good as a New Orleans beignets, but were close. I have not had a NO one, but I thought it was delicious!

Ambiance is good, shop is cute and simple. Owner isn't very personable. Beignets were delish and they have adorable little eco-friendly picks for sharing.

Simple fresh tasty Beignets, lots of fillings to choose from, coms out fresh and hot with powdered sugar. I would say it's a must stop when hanging out in Manitou Springs.
