Rockey River Resort

Quiet and comfortable, Rockey River Resort offers 14 individual cabins along the Gunnison river. Cabins are of log construction with fully equipped kitchens for your light housekeeping needs. Each cabin has a covered front porch and a charcoal grill. We have access to one third mile of river frontage, buy if you prefer lake fishing, Taylor, Spring Creek and Blue Mesa Reservoirs are within easy driving distance. Many other mountain rivers, streams, high mountain lakes and beaver ponds are accessible, too. Crested Butte is the wildflower capital of the USA! Beautiful wildflowers grace our mountains and valleys in the summer season and provide artistic opportunity for photography and painting. Hiking and biking trails are abundant for all levels of experience. We provide "townie" bicycles for riding at the resort. Let our local staff assist you in planning your Gunnison Country adventure!
