I go to this liquor store 3 to 4 times a week. I have gotten a few bad bottles of wine. I finally returned one and then another in the second time the gentleman refused to return the wine, and...

Ernesto is absolutely terrible and inhumane. Worst customer service. We stopped in from a long drive and bought a few bottles of wine and we were denied the common decency of a restroom.

All I can figure is they don't know how to properly store wine. On 11/13/2016 we stopped to get some wine for a three-day mountain retreat. I picked several well known and good quality wines....
