Corwin Cardiology is a partnership with Colorado Springs Cardiology that has expanded access to specialty care in Pueblo. We work together to ensure our patients receive the right service at the right location for prevention and treatment of heart disease.

Life Care Center of Pueblo is proud to offer a continuum of care with post-acute skilled nursing, short-term physical, occupational and speech therapies as well as outpatient rehabilitation. Rehabilitation is a focus at this facility, providing comprehensive individualized programs and services for patients of all ages. The therapy team communicates closely with our on-site physician, nurses and social services, dietary and activities personnel to provide comprehensive care. Life Care Center of Pueblo is also equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and modalities to maximize your therapy experience. This facility uses an interdisciplinary team approach, which involves patients and families in establishing a plan of care with the goal of returning to home and community life.
