The Poor Richard's Complex is located in downtown Colorado Springs and features four unique businesses under one roof (the only one of its kind in the country). They are amazing. The pita was delicious and their service was great! I can't attach a pic because once I started eating, I didn't stop! Ill be back! Best chips and salsa in town. Yum
