We started this business in the depths of the recession, and we were able to flourish even during those lean times by offering flat-rate pricing and excellent service. We feel that many times customers would like to know the bottom line price without any hidden fees or surcharges, so that's how we quote jobs. We also have an hourly rate option for folks that would like some flexibility in how much they move, but we are always communicative in terms of staying within budget. We have a series of videos with tips on how to pack delicate items like lamps, mirrors, and glass, as well as videos showing how to take apart beds in case you'd like to get a head start on some of these items and save some money. We also offer a used box program with discounted rates on previously used boxes, so that you can save money while helping save the planet.
