They are closed and never told anyone. I came for my appt and the doors were locked! I'm so confused. It says permanently closed on google. Does anyone have any more information?

the nurse here on the weekend has not administered the vitamins on my base I've drip multiple times a serious lack of professionalism and would recommend you go to different place
