No where on the property is it posted that a visitor needs a permit to park in a visitor spot. They had a vehicle towed at it cost $408 to get it out.

Really bad service. They NEVER call back. My mother lives here and is having so many issues. Everytime we call for maintenance, it goes to voicemail. We leave a voicemail but they NEVER reach back...
