Same complaint as others in this thread. Really bad communication, wouldn't hear from them for weeks and always would end up having an excuse or put blame on other parties.

Be aware that this company does not use their own employees to preform the actual work. They basically grab the cheapest labor source they can find as needed. They were working on a restoration...

Save yourself time, money and frustration and DO NOT USE. Storm damage in Febuary (4th) 3 weeks we got someone out to give an estimate of work. They showed once, never came back and finished....

Their truck driver just parked in front of a fire hydrant. I asked them to pull aronud the corner, but he refused. . Guess who I won't be calling for service?!
