Selection of patagonia jackets was lame, but then over $300 for a light down jacket and they don't give you a bag to put your purchase in. Kalorado and rei liberal policies are crap.

I stopped by REI yesterday to get a bike thing taken care of at their bike shop. They did a terrific job. My bike is like new now. Maddy and Cam helped me out. Their customer service was amazing....
