Used this location for as day office and found the facilities drab, shoddy and worn out. Offices are windowless and barren. Break room is minimalistic and fee for everything. Much better...

The worst business experience I have had in 29 years of leasing office space. They will nickel and dime you to death. Watch out for "cleaning fees" and automatic renewals. Horrible client...
