Do not deal with this company if you have a choice. They are not on top of their billing. I called to pay in full they told me the account was settled and then they sent it to collections....

My address was inputted incorrectly into their system and never received a single bill for services rendered in January of 2021 and I was sent collections and I'm now forced to pay twice as much...

Billing department is an absolute disaster. You'd think after 5+ years of complaints regarding billing they'd change something but they haven't.
