Pure VIta Counseling Welcome. I am a mental health counselor with over four years experience and I am here to help you manage stress, overcome fear, and find your own unique path to healing. My specialties are in couples counseling and individual therapy with evidence based approaches. At Pure Vita Counseling you can find help developing relationships, deepening connection, and facilitating growth within partners. Are your goals intimacy, bonding, attachment, empathy and connection? My training is in modern, effective and evidence based therapies that can help you make changes in your life. Both EMDR with trauma informed care and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples are evidence based therapies proven to work for those who are distressed. We'lll identify the areas in your life that aren't working for you, along with finding out how to cope with stressors in your life to attain as much growth as you are committed to achieving within yourself and within your relationships.
