Pros: Nice location. Pretty building. Lots of dogs. The residents are ultra friendly. And the common areas are clean and well lit. Cons: The water pressure is very low and the building is very hot.

Consistently raises rent without improving. Lived here for three years and just got worse and worse. Was very unsafe to live here for a long time and complex waited about a year of people breaking...

Location is the only thing that makes living here tolerable. RedPeak continues to disappoint as a property management company. Very poor communication with tenants and apathetic staff in office....
