We are a small company that all came from a big franchise Rooter company. The big company couldn't keep up with the changing market due to franchise fee's, excessive loans and gigantic overhead that all got passed onto you, the customer. They charged me $89 to come out and tell me something I already knew; and they considered that their "diagnostic". I basically told the guy what the problem was as soon as he looked at my sink....
