Pizza Shop

History

The Pizza Shop was opened in Strasburg, Colorado over twenty-eight years ago, just down the road from its current location. After moving to a larger space just off of the highway, the ownership of the business passed into the hands of an employee who worked with the original owner as a teenager. Since the restaurant's opening we have maintained the feel of a family business with the professionalism of a large chain and all the courtesy that comes along with a small town.

Specialties

The Pizza Shop specializes in a wonderful thin crust pizza on fresh dough that is made in-house daily, with fresh ingredients and a unique variation of specialty sauces. But we're not just Pizza! We also have a large selection of other Italian dishes and desserts, all made to order. Add either to your order of one of our one-of-a-kind specialty pizzas, and you have one of the best slices of pie not only along the I-70 corridor, but in all of Eastern Colorado.
