Pillar Institute For Lifelong Learning

PILLAR Institute for Lifelong Learning is the only independent lifelong learning institute in the Pikes Peak region of Colorado, dedicated to providing educational opportunities for adults. Established in 1998, PILLAR fosters a vibrant community where older adults can engage in socialization, volunteerism, and continued learning through a diverse array of liberal arts and science classes.

Over the years, PILLAR has evolved from its initial connection with Pikes Peak Community College to becoming a standalone nonprofit organization, expanding its reach through in-person and online classes. With three class catalogs each year, PILLAR attracts knowledgeable instructors from both local and international backgrounds, welcoming learners from all over the country.
