Came here to the Aspen Room for a group meeting today. The room was clean, easy to find, and spacious. Parking on the top floor was free. The library itself was updated but filled with vagrants...

Established in 1968, Penrose Public Library includes Internet stations, reading bays, and children s, reference and nonfiction sections. It has a computer laboratory with more than 10 computer stations. Located in Colorado Springs, Colo., Penrose Public Library is a part of the Pikes Peak Library District, which was established in 1903. The district library includes a variety of manuscripts, pamphlets, and research and reference materials.

And now we have meth contamination in the bathrooms! We're spending $30,000 of taxpayer money on outdoor phone charging stations. What the heck are we doing as a community?

Sadly it doesn't feel like a safe learning experience. Definitely change for the worst over the years.
