While the marina has been open since 1985, it is under new management since 2015. The Marina at Cherry Creek is operated by Vencore Marine Group, LLC, which is owned by Erik Dyce (aka Mr. Red Rocks) who along with his team have massive plans for this property. Imagine what this music meister has in mind for community events and music!

NOTE: The Lake House (located within Pelican Bay at Cherry Creek State Park property) is open Year-round. The Pelican Club Bar is open Memorial Day to Labor Day daily. Like us on Facebook for immediate updates at both The Marina at Cherry Creek and The Lake House at Cherry Creek. The Marina at Cherry Creek is the ideal location to view the mountains while playing on the water. We have boat slip rentals by the day or by the season, as well as a fleet of kayaks, canoes, sailboats, fishing boats, SUPs, jet skis and pontoon boats. Every Tuesday night you can enjoy free wake boarding sessions. Every Wednesday night is LIVE! At the Lake -- live music, full bar and great food -- both in The Lake House and on the beach. And every Thursday we have free SUPing at The Wharf, the area just south of The Marina. Full bar open in The Lake House every summer Saturday and Sunday from 12-6. Pelican Bay has the friendliest staff, the rental boats are always clean and in good working order. We're lucky to have someplace like this so close to Denver.
