History

I am a NSCA certified personal trainer and dog lover. I started this business so I could combine my lifelong passion for fitness with my love for dogs to help people (and dogs) reach their health and fitness goals while having fun.

Specialties

We have boot camp style classes where people can workout with their dog. We have just added doga yoga classes! Yoga classes are held at the all new Camp Bow Wow in Aurora. Please check our website for dates & times for all classes.
