History
The Council of Arts, Science and Culture (formerly Parker Arts Council) was started in 2002 to be a positive force within the community in the area of Arts, Science and Culture. Our events includes Parker Mardi Gras celebration, Parker 5K Run for the Arts and Parker Oktoberfest. We also engage and assist other non profits to increase access to the Arts, Sciences and Culture.
Specialties
The Council of Arts, Science and Culture will be hosting the 2018 Parker Oktoberfest on September 14th, 15th and 16th at O'Brien Park in Parker. We expect this to be the best Oktoberfest ever! Save the dates.

Although the entertainment was excellent as usual I was extremely disappointed this year. Last year you had a choice of two or three different sausages, good sauerkraut and German potato salad....
