Gregg & Sharon Miller had always dreamed of having a coffee shop and it became a reality in 2012. Wanting a small, quaint, intimate town, La Veta, CO, was the place. With the Spanish Peaks as the back drop, who could not ask for a better place to come and enjoy.

Specialties

Family-owned Paradise Coffee was brewed in April 2012. Serving a variety of delicious espressos, lattes and coffees. Homemade muffins and cookies to satisfy that sweet tooth.
