This hotel has been my favorite thus far in Pagosa Springs. The front desk service is great, the rooms are large and spacious, the beds are comfortable, & the HUGE garden tub is wonderful.

Poor customer service at the front desk. Two girls paying more attention to their cellphones, rather than paying customers. I.e. No acknowledgement, smiles, good morning, or thank you.
