Founded in 1951, Packaging Systems International is a worldwide supplier of industrial packaging technology. The company offers packaging and bagging, conveyors and palletizing products. It also has a parts department. In 1998, Binder +Co AG, a leading Austrian manufacturer of automatic open-mouth bag filling systems and vertical form/fill/seal equipment, acquired a majority of the stock in Packaging Systems International. This acquisition added complete, automatic and industrial packaging capabilities as well as global marketing of all products. Packaging Systems International is located in Denver.
